This is a unique, sassy fringed top that has a statement to make. It comes in solid black and is cut short like a crop top. However, it has a semi sheer lace overlay with long, long fringe that extends the length of the garment to the mid-thigh area of the leg. The main torso of the top is fully lined and opaque. This includes the upper portion of the sleeves. The lower sleeves are semi sheer. We recommend dry cleaning only for this garment.
